This Services Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions which govern your campaign by Help4voiceless via mobile application and website (the "SERVICES"). As used in this Agreement, "Help4voicelss" means Help4voiceless and "Client", "you", or "your" means you. You acknowledge that you have read the Agreement, and you agree to its terms and conditions and all policies posted on the Help4voiceless site. As referred to in this Agreement, "Site" refers to a World Wide Web site, and "Help4voiceless Site" refers to the Site located at the URL www.help4voiceless.com or any other successor Sites owned or maintained by Help4voiceless. 

By using this Site, you represent, warrant, and covenant that you shall abide by all the terms and conditions contained herein. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions.  entirely or any part thereof, at any time without giving you any prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use as modified. The date of the last update of these Terms & Conditions will be available at the end of these Terms & Conditions.  We also reserve the right to change the Site or discontinue hosting the Site or any part thereof at any time without any liability.

To access the service and to raise campaigns the user is to register to the website for the help4voiceless account by creating a username and password. A request for the campaign is to be made by the user, which goes on live with approval by the Admin. Events organized by the users can be showcased on the website, tickets of the same can also be sold by using the event module script. The users can also add the location of their event on the website. The User Dashboard can be used to make the payments of the event tickets, the same can also be canceled through the user dashboard.  The Users and Admin will be notified in case of changes in the events. Users can post job applications by category, Applicants can apply using mail or using the application form. Admin can access all the applicant details through the Admin Panel. Applicant fee for the job application can be set by the Admin. 

Subject to these Terms and during the applicable Subscription Term, you may access and use the Help4voiceless for your own business purposes or personal use, as applicable, all in accordance with these Terms, the applicable Order, and the Documentation. This includes the right, as part of your authorized use of the Help4voiceless Services.  The rights granted to you are non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable. The terms of subscription can be upgraded or downgraded by the client. 

Some amount of commission will be charged against each campaign. Admin can set charge from admin panel, per donation. 

Charges can be either charged percentage-wise or an amount is to be fixed, the charge can be disabled or enabled by the admin. 

Charged are to be paid accordingly 

Additional charges like Conversion fees and taxes will be applicable. 

User withdrawal request for the money raised is to be made to the admin, the admin will then review the request and accept it. 

No refund is provided

In an event of a dispute, Help4voiceless reserves the right to charge the client in full for the work done as well as for the resources spent in managing the dispute. In such an event, Help4voiceless reserves the right to charge the client without honouring any discounts that were previously honoured in good faith. Under no circumstances will Help4voiceless be liable for any damages arising from misrepresentation or misinformation. Help4voiceless reserves the right to refuse service to any client, if these are not aligned with our business operating principles and policies. Help4voiceless provides its services as it is, without any guarantees on security or other issues leading to loss of data, sale, or reputation. We ensure to the best of our ability that our systems and servers are protected from hackers, viruses, intruders, and other online and offline problems; however, we will not be held liable for any disruption of services if such a situation arises. The client will indemnify and hold Help4voiceless, its licensors, content providers, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors, contractors, and sub-contractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or any other terms, conditions, policies or procedures herein, including, without limitation, any use of the Content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions. Client agrees that the indemnified parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorized use, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from any and all resulting loss, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees in connection therewith. You will also indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any claims brought by third parties arising out of your use of the information obtained from Help4voiceless. Help4voiceless will not be liable for any breach of the agreement which is caused by a matter beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to Act of God, fire, lightning, explosion, war, disorder, flood, earthquake, industrial disputes (whether or not involving their employees), extremely severe weather, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.

All content of this website is a property of Help4voiceless unless otherwise specified. Help4voiceless reserves the right to change the content or policies without any prior notice.

Help4voiceless products are made available on a limited-access basis, and no ownership right is conveyed to you, irrespective of the use of terms such as “purchase” or “sale”. We have and retain all rights, titles, and interests, including all intellectual property rights, in and to Our Technology. We may in connection with any of our products or services freely use, copy, disclose, license, distribute without any obligation, royalty, or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits our right to independently use, develop, evaluate, or market products or services. 

Links on the Site to third-party websites or information are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the Site. Such links do not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Help4voiceless of the third party, the third-party website, or the information there. Help4voiceless is not responsible for the availability of any such websites. Help4voiceless is not responsible or liable for any such websites or the content thereon. 

This agreement shall be governed by Indian Law. You agree to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Indore in the event of any dispute of any kind arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, Help4voiceless Privacy Policy, your use of the Site, or the Content

Neither party will be liable to the other for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms (except for a failure to pay fees) if the delay or failure is due to events that are beyond the reasonable control of such parties, such as a strike, blockade, war, act of terrorism, riot, natural disaster, failure or diminishment of power or telecommunications or data networks or services, or refusal of a license by a government agency.

In the event any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall be unimpaired and the Agreement shall not be void for this reason alone. Such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a mutually acceptable valid, legal, and enforceable provision, which comes closest to the intention of the parties underlying the invalid.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No waiver by Help4voiceless of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Help4voiceless, therefore, reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. Help4voiceless does not, however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions will be corrected.
